Parkes, June Corbett, Audrey Binks Agenda Items: The minutes of the last meeting were accepted as an accurate record of the life of the Church. Thanks were extended to all who have contributed to the Annual Report and to all those who work in the church but were not represented in the report. Election of Church Council Members The following church members were elected to the Church council: Stewards –these members have an oversight of the life of the church and have been accepted as full-time Stewards: Vi Little, Margaret Benton, Judith Kirby, Sylvia Emery, Dorothy Clive The following stewards have been accepted in specific roles within the church: John Emery – general steward on Sunday mornings Jamie Billingsley – on duty every week as choir steward Tom Hemming – special steward for welcoming Anyone interested in becoming a general Sunday steward or helping as a door steward or to help stewards on duty on occasional basis, please see the Minister Carole Challis, the Church Council Secretary Vicki Blundell or any of the stewards. Open Sharing Thanks were extended to Carole for her hard work throughout the year especially in light of the difficult personal time she has had. Nothing else was shared but members were reminded if any member had anything they wish to discuss to give to Carole or Vicki for inclusion in the Agenda for Church Council.
